Card set number #2!

I can't tell you how good it feels to be able to create again. It is like a breath of fresh air sweeping over my soul. Now that is a little dramatic, don't you think? :)

Anyway, here is the card I made for the current challenge over at Jingle Bells, Beth's January Color Challenge at Scrappin Mojo, and today's card challenge, using scallops at 365 Cards.  It is my goals to make six cards each month and so far this month I am ahead of schedule!

I am either a terrible photographer or my camera stinks.   The image is not crooked and the card is not bent.

Here is a close-up so you can see the glitter. I do LOVE glitter!

6x6 Pads

Here are the 6x6 pads that I am ordering. If anyone is interested just post in the comments. It will be a first come-first-served kind of thing. Some of the pads there will only be one available and others two. Remember, since I am going to be working on Christmas Cards all year long, there are a lot of pads here that will work GREAT for that. Each pad will be $4.00. Please don't advertise this around. I am only doing it for the Scrappin Mojo gals.

These are from Kaiser Craft and are called Raw Craft paper tags and shapes. There are 8 designs with 3 of each in each package. There will be 4 avaiable and each one will cost 41.50 each.

What's wrong with this picture?

Well, this is Molly. She is our newest dog. We got her when she was about 9 months old. Now she is almost 2. Our entire backyard is fenced in so she has about an acre in which to run. You can see our grate which opens into the back yard in this picture, right beside where Molly is sitting.

The only problem is that she is on the OUTSIDE of the fence! We can't keep her in. She keeps digging her way under the fence. We have tried wire along the bottom of the fence, pounding steel rods into the holes she digs, and even put barbed wire along the bottom. What drives me the craziest is that when she gets out, she runs to the gate wanting back in! She can get out, but she can't get back in.

She sure is cute though and I love her.

January Christmas Card

When I make cards, I almost always make six of the same thing. Well, this one has been a true work in the making. I have everything cut out, colored, stickled, stamped, painted and ready to go. Now just to decide if I like it.

I think it needs something. I've added a button, ribbon, string, more snowflakes and nothing seems to make is look done to me. Maybe it will grow on me if I keep looking at it. LOL

I'm in LOVE!

I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm in love and I don't care who knows it. Yes, I watched Elf one too many times before Christmas.

As you know, I love making SheArt girls. Well, now I love making them ATC size! Look at this...

She has a hairband! I was thrilled that it turned out! The words were in the book that I am using to create the face, arms, and legs. There were so many possibilities for sayings that I had a hard time deciding what one I wanted to use. Hopefully, waiting will be in the book two more times, as I want all of these three girls to begin She waited...

One Little Word

This year, I want to live every day to the fullest. We are not promised tomorrow, so the word I have chosen is Today. This little box is going to sit in my bathroom by my make-up so I can see it every day.
